1. Cancellations
Once your order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted for any spiritual services (including online rituals, puja bookings, or temple offerings).
However, if a scheduled ritual is postponed or cancelled by the temple or priest, we will offer a rescheduled date or an alternative solution.
2. Returns for Physical Products
For non-perishable items such as spiritual merchandise, idols, and accessories, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Perishable items, including prasad and food offerings, are non-returnable due to their nature.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality inspection.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Transaction or processing fees applied by payment gateways are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are received in damaged or defective condition.
